Ashley Carpenter, Ph.D. is an assistant professor at the College of William and Mary. She has extensive experience conducting research site visits and collecting and analyzing qualitative data for the NCRGE. She is a former gifted specialist and has positive working relationships with district personnel through professional development. As the Professional Developer, Ashley will work with other members of the team on professional development and conduct site visits to monitor implementation.
